DescriptionPosition OverviewBally's Interactive, part of Bally's Corporation, is seeking an experienced Head of Growth Strategy. This role will drive the growth agenda across Bally's Customer Strategy and Go-to-Market team, focusing on developing a robust Customer Plan that leverages in-depth insights into customer behaviors, competitor activity, and market trends. Working closely with Marketing and Operations teams, the Head of Growth Strategy will lead the cross-functional planning to deliver effective, customer-focused initiatives.
What you'll do:Lead the cross-functional development of the Customer StrategyIdentify growth opportunitiesAnalyze our customers and competitorsDevelop and own the overall customer calendarWrite quarterly brief for all Marketing StakeholdersQualifications / RequirementsCommercial marketer with an understanding of the commercials that drive revenue and profitExperience in developing strategies for commercial and customer growthComfortable with numbers and analyzing and tracking resultsAbility to use insights intensely to fuel strategy and measure successGood understanding of all marketing levers including CRM, Product, and Communication
