Job Description As their Head of Digital Strategy in this newly created role, you'll bring a unique blend of logic and magic to the table. Their client base of global brands is crying out for this, so it's vital that you want to bring your broad digital media/channel strategy toolkit to the table, alongside a proven pedigree in solving all manner of business challenges. Equally important is educating peers and the wider teams internally, both on the role strategy can and does play as well as the value it offers to clients. The right person will be excited to be leading others on this journey and embedding a new way of working across the group.
The Successful Applicant At the moment, you're likely to be at the top of your game and sat at the heart of the digital performance world. You'll have taken your current role as far as it can go and be relishing a challenge where you can truly pioneer a new approach. You'll eat, sleep, and breathe performance marketing and most likely be in a strategy-led client-focused role in either a media network or a thought-led performance agency. Clients will see you as a true partner, providing counsel to shape integrated strategies that drive business growth. Most importantly, you'll love leading and inspiring good folk and having plenty of fun along the way. The successful candidate will be required to travel to Leeds and Manchester weekly, as well as London (less regularly).
What's on Offer £80,000 - £90,000 + a range of excellent support and benefits plus a well-crafted incentive/bonus package.
