The Role: To develop new Non Credit products revenue stream aligned to Strategic objectives.
Identify and launch portfolio of Non Credit products to drive additional revenue from relationship with existing customers.
To Build frameworks to gain customer consent to enable proactive marketing of third party offers, maximising the effectiveness of existing customer relationships and driving increased product holding outside of pure credit products.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and push solutions to obtain third party consent.
Identify best practise across reward, FS and other relevant industries and deploy techniques to drive consent capture Drive volume of consent capture to enable downstream cross sell of B2B and Non credit products across the portfolio Drive Third party / non credit revenue through Sales / visits / uptake and champion cross sell / promotional marketing activity together with Head of Customer Marketing / Partner marketing team Partner engagement and agreement Commercial terms, relationship management of these relationships Identification of partners / non credit products, to drive traffic, revenue and customer Engagement Track performance of Non Credit revenue and individual products and adapt offers as appropriate Skills & Attributes: Experience in Senior Acquisition and In-Life Marketing experience Awareness of loyalty programmes and operating models Experience of Customer consent and marketing permissions legislation especially relating to third party marketing consent Onboarding new partners and launching new products Retail Consumer Credit Marketing Experience Evidence of successful working with third party to develop and market products and services What's in it for you?
