Role Overview As the Head of Creative, you'll lead and nurture my client's talented creative team, pushing for excellence in all campaigns.
This role combines hands-on leadership with a big-picture mindset to develop disruptive, multi-platform work that speaks to audiences and achieves client objectives.
Your expertise in social and integrated campaigns will be essential to guiding the team towards impactful, trendsetting work.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Creative Leadership & Strategy Lead and inspire a team of Creatives, setting a high standard for creativity and innovation across campaigns.
Drive creative strategy across social and integrated channels, ensuring work is bold, fresh, and industry-leading.
Champion big ideas, pushing the team to think across platforms and execute concepts that make a lasting impact.

Team Development & Mentorship Nurture and develop the creative team's skills, providing mentorship, regular feedback, and clear guidance.
Cultivate a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture focused on creativity and growth.
Identify strengths and areas for development within the team, creating tailored development plans to foster talent.

Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of cohesive, multi-platform campaigns.
Act as an advocate for the creative team within the agency, establishing best practices and workflows that drive efficient, high-quality output.

Innovation & Trendsetting Stay up-to-date on social media and integrated platform trends to guide the agency's creative direction.
Encourage the team to explore new formats, platforms, and technologies that keep the work fresh and ahead of the curve.
Qualifications 8+ years' experience in a senior creative role, ideally within a social or integrated agency setting.
Demonstrated experience managing and inspiring creative teams, with a focus on mentorship and development.
Strong knowledge of social media and integrated platform trends, with a portfolio showcasing big, cross-platform thinking.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative strategies to internal teams and clients alike.
