TPL are partnering with an independent development consultancy to identify a Acquisition and Development Lead.
As a result of an internal promotion, the business is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor to lead the Acquisition and Development team, working with existing and new clients to deliver regeneration and infrastructure projects nationally.
Responsibilities will include: Managing & supporting a team of surveyors.Principal client contact to new and existing projects.As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic business decision making.Business generation.Budget control.APC support & training to surveyors looking to pursue RICS chartered status.To be considered you will: Have more than 10 years property experience.Be a Chartered Surveyor (preferably at least 5 years post qualification experience).Have a good understanding of Land Assembly principles & Landlord & Tenant legislation.Have a proven track record in property transactions & people management.This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join a growing business and be part of the leadership team to foster existing relationships and grow.
