Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Commercial Development within our Business Assurance division.
This pivotal position requires an individual with exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record of driving commercial growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust growth strategy, motivating and leading the sales teams, and fostering long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities: To lead the UK & Ireland Business Assurance commercial activities to generate new customers and new profitable revenues, as well as to manage existing commercial relationshipsTo lead and grow the UK Business Assurance Food, Customized Audits and Sustainability businesses.Create and implement a sales and Marketing strategy to meet business growth targets Manage commercial teams, providing support from them to achieve KPI's Negotiate contracts and pricing models against needs QualificationsEssential Commercial, and / or Sales, qualification, or time served to demonstrate commercial experienceFull clean driving license for use in the UKDesirable Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or relevant experience.ExperienceRequiredExperience in planning and implementing sales & marketing strategies.Managing commercial contracts, client relationships, lead generation and sales activities.Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.Experience working to sales targets, new business, and growth targets for existing customers.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Experience working successfully within a performance-measured CRM sales environmentDesirable Background in the TIC sector.Industry background suitable to maximise sales benefits for Business Assurance services.Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be an advantage: Manufacturing, Construction, Food, Automotive, Aerospace, Forestry, Medical Devices, Information Security services.Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social and Governance
