The role will be working 38 hours per week with 34 days holiday per year and many other great benefits.You will be responsible for the management of the house, the staff team and delivering the best care and support to the young people in the house.
You will be the lead on all Safeguarding matters and be responsible for the training and supervision of staff.
You will be working with the senior leadership team.
to ensure that all the children supported have a positive experience to take through to adulthood.You should have experience working within residential childcare settings as well as experience working with autism and learning disabilities, you be designing and implementing bespoke learning strategies for each young person within your care.
You will ensure staffing Levels are maintained and be in control of budgeting and work closely with outside agencies.
