About the Role As Head of Business Development, you will be at the forefront of their growth and innovation.
With a focus on securing sustainable income, you'll steer their business development strategy, engage with a wide network of partners, and play a hands-on role in developing funding opportunities that fuel their vision.
From working with commissioners to fostering key relationships in the justice and health sectors, this role is about creating pathways for transformative impact.
Your Role and Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a dynamic team, driving their business development strategy to meet income targets and align with their broader growth goals.
Income Generation & Partnership Building: Be a hands-on leader in bid writing, partnership development, and cultivating relationships with commissioners and funders.
Team Management: Oversee and develop the Business Development team, creating plans to maximize income from targeted services, including Family and Significant Others Services, Prison Education, and NHSE initiatives.
Business Development Delivery: Take charge of managing bids, securing funding, and expanding their services within justice and community sectors.
Strategic Development & Networking: Represent Pact at key events and actively contribute to the organization's leadership, working with Executive colleagues to ensure their mission is met effectively.
