They manage core ad core plus assets and specialise in asset aggregation, bespoke strategies, property management, and transaction services.
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic capital raiser to lead our fundraising initiatives and expand our investor network in a consultancy capacity.
This part-time role offering a structure that includes a base salary combined with commission on sales, rather than a traditional in-house employment arrangement.
Key Requirements Extensive experience in capital raising, ideally within private real estate, private equity, or credit-focused investment firms.
Established network of institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders in the capital markets.
Demonstrated success in raising significant funds and managing investor relations.
Deep understanding of structured real estate investments and lending.
