Leading Financial Services client is now looking for a dynamic Head of Agile Leader on a permanent basis.
The role is offering a base of £125,000 (potentially negotiable) + strong bonus, pension and car allowance and it is based out of their London and South coast offices (hybrid working available).

This role focuses on driving business efficiencies through the adoption of the latest Agile & DevOps methodologies, improving the existing test & release cycles, enhancing production stability and ensuring speedy resolution / recovery from incidents.
The successful candidate will also have a strong appreciation of Automation and GenAI offerings and understand how to utilise it and drive business efficiencies.
