Overseeing everything from seasonal planning to budgeting, you'll guide the garden team in daily maintenance and long-term development, working closely with the Estate Director to bring creative ideas to life.
You'll be hands-on in keeping the gardens flourishing while also acting as an ambassador-leading tours, engaging with the community, and sharing the estate's legacy.The Ideal CandidateWith at least five years of experience in horticultural team leadership, you're a people person who's passionate about plants.
You bring practical expertise in garden management, budget planning, and, ideally, certifications in machinery operation.A hands-on approach, a valid driver's license, and a love for sharing knowledge make you the perfect fit for our team.
