Head chef - Destination restaurant - Mostly Daytime Salary package of £40000+ Fantastic Opportunity, amazing business and operators Head Chef looking for their exciting next step!
Your duties and responsibilities will include : Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations taking full responsibility Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the owners working closely with the catering manager to drive the food forward and help build the team Full engagement and involvement in back office operations All aspects of health & safety In order to be considered, applicants must: Head Chef level within a restaurant, foodie pub environment or even contract catering - Experience with fresh food would be ideal Have a great Kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team Have a good understanding of business operations; Love great food and good service!
