Head Chef Job New Opening - Central London

We are looking for a Head Chef that will lead the opening of a new restaurant and serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Central London.
The company has already an established, strong reputation inHong Kong and the ideal candidate doesnt need to be experienced in Vietnamese cuisine.
This is an existing concept, and the ideal Head Chef would implement existing recipes, and all of them being straightforward.
The menu is a carefully curated selection of traditional dishes, crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients and age-old recipes.
The Head Chef will receive a basic salary up to £65,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience, plus other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage.
The Head Chef will have a proven experience in leading and managing a kitchen team and will play a key role in launching and establishing the restaurant as a go-to destination This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef that wants to bring his/her vision and expertise to a vibrant new restaurant opening.
The ideal Head Chef will work with a reputable, expanding and well-established restaurant group In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, applicants must either be eligible to work in the UK or must obtain a work permit prior to application.
