Head Chef Plumtree Hotels (Dragon) Ltd Plumtree Hotels is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our small kitchen team at our mid-Wales (Montgomery, Powys) hotel, delivering Rosette-standard culinary experiences.
As Head Chef, you will: Oversee daily kitchen operations, from menu planning to purchasing.
Manage financial KPIs to drive business success.
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards.
Lead, train, and inspire a small, talented team to maintain excellence in food preparation.
