Bat & Ball is recruiting for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join and head up our kitchen for our new opening in Covent Garden!
Bat & Ball is the home for live sports, cocktails, pizza and competitive socialising with a vast array of gaming all under one roof!
With beer pong, ping pong, interactive darts, karaoke rooms and much more!
We are a "high energy" entertainment venue, offering an atmosphere of live sports, innovative gaming and dancing smack bang in Central London.
Who we are looking for: In a Head Chef, we want a confidant leader to take ownership and supports the GM bringing this new opening to life.
Leads the kitchen from the front in a role that requires you to be a real team player with a passion for hospitality.
Winning personality and a fun-loving spirit are a must.
We want you to bring enthusiasm and your own character to the role.
Role Responsibilities: Ensure we are delivering the best experience for our guests on every visit.
Creating and delivering quarterly business plans.
Leading by example through; Training, coaching and developing a winning team.
Managing a kitchen P&L to meet financial targets and expectations.
Ensuring the kitchen is managed correctly to achieve Quarterly and Yearly Bonus Goes without saying but your kitchen is fully compliant at all times Maintain a fun and engaging culture using our Brand Standards and Company Ethos Monthly reviews with all your team members encouraging their growth and development.
