Overview We seek a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a bustling kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality dining experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff in food preparation Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Manage inventory and control food costs effectively Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards Requirements Extensive experience in the hospitality industry Proven expertise in supervising kitchen operations and leading a team Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management Leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Schedule: 45 hour week 5 out of 7 days We trade 365 days a year Experience: Chef: 5 years (preferred) Cooking: 5 years (required) AMRT1_UKCT
