You will be currently working within a fresh food led kitchen as a head chef, with experience in high quality banqueting, the ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen and have experience managing teams of 15-20 chefs The ideal head chef candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Experience working in a multi rosette/Michelin environment, be in restaurant, hotel or even Gastro pub.
