OVERVIEW Position: Head Chef Contract: Full-Time (40 hours) Location: Stirchley Covers: 40-60 Experience: 5 Years JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Head Chef for a new independent breakfast & brunch café/bar on Pershore Road in Stirchley.
As the construction of the bar is still underway, you will be able to consult on the kitchens fit out, from the layout to the equipment needed to make the space your own.
We are aiming to begin the work on the kitchen in January 2025, with the launch of the bar in Easter.
You will be tasked with creating a menu of breakfast and brunch classics done right, with an emphasis on locally sourced fresh ingredients where possible.
WORKING HOURS The bar will operate between Wednesday - Sunday, with the kitchen being open for breakfast / brunch service in the mornings to early afternoon.
RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu development and creation, costing and adherence to GP, inventory and waste management along with compliance with all health & safety legislation.
