The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, inspiring a love for the performing arts and fostering a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons.
Encourage student participation and creativity in performances and projects.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
Participate in school events, productions, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Drama at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the performing arts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
