An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Handyman based in the Norwich area to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies.
You will be working covering the Milton Keynes area and the surrounding regions in the Home Counties.
Some experience with basic plumbing in a commercial setting will be highly beneficial for this role.
This will be is a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house.
Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.
The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include: Bu i l d i n g Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance Brickwork - repairs to walls Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles Car Park / yard works Roller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs Pa i nt i n g an d decorating Carry out minor painting repairs Plu m b i n g and drainage Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
Repair leaking taps and washers.
