Job Description We are looking for an Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Plas Isaf Lodge Retreat in Caerwys, Flintshire.

This will be 40 hours across 5 days which will be Monday to Friday.

About The Role Main responsibilities: The successful Guest Experience Manager will · Be responsible for the day to day running of the resort.
· Build a good working relationship with resort owners.
· Assist resort owners with any queries they may have.
· Meet and greet resort guests.
· Assist guests with any queries they may have.
· Advise on the local area.
· Issue accommodation keys and information.
· Handle telephone calls.
· Deal with customer complaints.
· Accurate cash handling.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
