This new role will be responsible for the administration, deployment, adoption, and operation of various go-to-market ("GTM") systems supporting our Enterprise SaaS Sales & GTM teams, as well as managing the vendor and contract relationships for those systems. The role will focus mainly on systems used by the sales and customer success teams. Some systems (e.g., Gainsight) will require this role to actively configure and code within the system. Other systems (e.g., Clari) will require this role to partner with support resources at the vendor (CSM, SE) to address issues and implement enhancements. The Enterprise SaaS tech stack environment is constantly evolving. As such, this role will be expected to identify, test, and assess potential new technologies that will improve the productivity or efficiency of our tech stack, and then lead the implementation of any new technologies selected.
Responsibilities & Duties: Manage the administration and operation of various GTM systems which may include but not be limited to Gainsight, Clari, Vivun, Loopio, CrossBeam, Momentum. On an ongoing basis, identify, test, and assess potential new technologies that will improve the productivity and/or efficiency of our tech stack, and for any selected technologies, support and/or lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation and administration of those technologies. Work with the GTM teams and other Revenue Operations members to understand how the various systems are being used today, and how we might enhance them in future to drive increases in productivity and/or efficiency. Collaborate and problem-solve across systems, to ensure end-to-end processes and business needs are working effectively. Manage the vendor and contract relationships for assigned GTM systems. Required Qualifications: Must have >3 years of Gainsight admin experience. Must have >3 years of admin experience supporting other Enterprise SaaS go-to-market systems. Must have a proven record of successfully implementing new tools and systems. Preferred: 2+ years of experience across various CRM and BI tools. Possesses strong capabilities to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Physical Requirements: Working out of the London, England office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."
Travel Requirements: Up to 1 in-person team meeting per quarter (New York, Texas, or Mountain View).
