They also need to convert currencies for various reasons and as a result can lose money due to exchange rate swings.
Bound helps companies minimise such currency risk and loss, by using modern currency hedging technology.
Millions of businesses globally face currency risk every day and volatile currencies can really mess up a company's finances — especially in uncertain times.
96% of the FTSE 500 have hedging strategies in place to mitigate their foreign currency risk, while only 4% of SMEs do the same.
We're looking to help the other 96% of SMEs.We are an enthusiastic team and have raised $20M from investors behind companies such as Wise, Klarna, N26, Stash and Xero.
This includes some of the best venture capital firms, including Notion Capital and Valar Ventures.
Over the course of the last year our business has grown 3x and we've been exceeding our targets every quarter.
To continue and accelerate growth, we are looking to add a Growth Marketer to our revenue team, who will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.
What you'll do Prioritise and Optimise Marketing Channels: Prioritise and enhance our efforts across outbound and inbound channels, specifically organic/paid social, cold outreach, email marketing, partnerships/events.
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design growth plans and launch campaigns to achieve our lead and revenue targets.
Run Integrated Campaigns: Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
Build and Manage Paid Strategies: For SEM and social media advertising.
Enhance Website Performance: Implement proper website tracking, design landing pages, adhere to SEO best practices, and conduct A/B tests to boost our website's conversion rates.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with the Revenue Team (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) as well as other teams, to build and scale our revenue generation processes.
Create Insightful Dashboards: Develop full-funnel dashboards to track, measure, and optimise our marketing efforts.
Do whatever it takes to help Bound succeed.
The ideal candidate Experience: 3 to 5 years in relevant B2B marketing roles, at early/growth stage startups Versatile Marketing Skills: Foundational knowledge across various marketing domains such as email/lifecycle marketing, demand generation, product marketing, content distribution, SEO, website management, conversion rate optimisation, marketing operations, and analytics.
Growth Marketing Expertise: Proficient in demand generation, marketing operations, and analytics.
Campaign Execution: Has executed marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the usual revenue and marketing tech stack (account/contact databases, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, campaign management, etc), with a keen interest in exploring new tools.

Other useful info The selection process will include 2-3 conversations (with at least one of them in the office) and a take home task.
The role is based in London, with 4 days in the office and 1 optional day of working from home.
Candidates should have the right to work in the UK, with a valid visa if needed.
