Growth Marketer - full time, permanent The role We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Belfast (hybrid 4 days in the studio).
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering growth strategies for our clients and assisting with our marketing efforts.

Our clients Our portfolio includes partnerships with Emirates Airlines, Diageo, Penguin Randomhouse, Titanic Belfast, and many more local and international brands.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social, and Display, ensuring campaigns deliver results aligned with client objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across all clients, including introducing paid media strategies where relevant, and support the day-to-day execution of campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise performance and budget efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance using data analytics, providing insights to improve ROI and drive continuous optimisation.
- Develop strategies for audience targeting and segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Present performance updates and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of progress and strategic direction.
Good to have but not essential - A foundation in Google Tag Manager and GA4.
An understanding of technical solutions like conversion tracking, attribution, and m odelling.
