In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and delivering exceptional training experiences.
Develop and implement a company-wide training strategy.
Identify and assess training needs across all departments.
Create and deliver engaging training programs and materials.
Source and manage external training providers.
Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation.
Conduct new employee inductions and ongoing skills assessments.
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A background in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
