As part of our matrix organisation, we deliver unparalleled value to our business units, drive operational excellence, and foster strong supplier relationships.Your Role:As a key player in our team, you'll:Lead procurement projects using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.Deliver cost savings and add value to our business units.Support the Cox Automotive Product and Technology Group (CAPTG) with technology procurement across complex services like data centers, cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), and end-user devices.Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and supply chain risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.Provide strategic insights through management information, benchmarking, and performance reporting.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, adopt SMART KPIs, and enhance supplier contracts.What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 7 years of supply chain management, ideally in a matrix organization and/or automotive sector.Qualifications: CIPS accredited (MCIPS) or a 2:1 in Business.Skills:Strong negotiation expertise, with proven experience managing multimillion-pound contracts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (essential).Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrable success in using procurement techniques such as e-auctions, price analysis, and cost benchmarking.Attributes: Agile, confident, and capable of independent decision-making with minimal supervision.What We Offer:A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a successful merger and acquisition business.Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexibility to work two days a week in the office, with some travel to meet suppliers and stakeholders.Join Our Journey of ExcellenceIf you're passionate about delivering supply chain excellence, driving cost efficiencies, and contributing to a business with a strong legacy and future, we want to hear from you!
