ASR is partnering with a leading manufacturer within the KBB industry.
This company has experienced significant growth over the last few years, with ambitious plans for future expansion, we have a new board-level, Group Sales Director opportunity.
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Sales Director to join the executive leadership team, this Board Level role will lead the GB Division.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the next phase of UK market growth, with clear targets to increase profitability and scale up the business.
The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the MD, leading all sales activities across the division's brands and channels while contributing as a core member of the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with the MD and other leadership team members to refine and execute the long-term business vision.
Financial Leadership: Ensure GP and EBITDA growth through effective pricing strategies, cost management, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with Finance and Operations to meet annual budget targets.
Sales Management: Lead the divisional sales function, overseeing the execution of strategic sales growth plans across retail and specification channels.
Ensure the business achieves its ambitious growth targets in the GB market.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase market share.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts that support strategic objectives.
Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
Regularly review team performance and provide coaching to support individual development.
Board Engagement: Present clear and concise commercial sales reports to the board, offering insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
Commercial Analysis: Analyse sales data to provide insights across various business functions, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics Directors to identify improvement opportunities.
Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects across the division, ensuring on-time delivery and motivating cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges within the growing showering products business.
Collaborate with board members to proactively create solutions and improve business processes.
Collaboration & Culture: Promote a collaborative, positive culture across all sales teams and departments within the Division.

Strong commercial acumen and a passion for building trusted relationships.

Experience & Skills Required: A proven track record as a Sales Director, Commercial Director, Managing Director or similar, ideally within the KBB sector.
Demonstrated expertise in driving year-on-year growth, improving GP and EBITDA, and leading high-performing teams.
Ability to identify industry trends and capitalise on market growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills with strong financial acumen.
Proven ability to influence change and lead cross-functional teams through growth phases.
