The Head of Delivery will be responsible for ensuring all delivery performance goals and cost commitments are met.
The HoD works with business partners to develop, implement and lead a customer centric operational model driving best in class and Quality.
The HoD ensures there is effective delivery of services proactively managing issues that could impact on delivery, identifying and driving optimisation while managing scope, resources, cost of delivery and coordination.
The Head of Delivery understands the requirements of the business and is expected to analyse delivery requirements, contribute to the strategic business plan.
Principle Duties: ? Accountable for "how" services / products are delivered to the business ensuring we meet the business needs ? Ensures and delivers an holistic approach to delivery across all of our portfolios encompassing support, testing, Agile / Waterfall methodology, requirements gathering and operating model ? Contribute strategically to the delivery management methodology ensuring current and future business requirements are accommodated ? Drives resolution of difficult situations that have significant business impact ? Produce, deliver and monitor a model for recharge of Central services to countries / regions ? Own the PI planning ceremonies ? Lead development of organisational business operating plan ? Apply broad technical and business experience and knowledge of industry to drive organisational direction and strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g.
