The Role Lead a small finance team, overseeing financial reporting and business planning.
Manage the 10-year business plan, providing reporting to the board and shareholders.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee cash flow management, debt refinancing, and relationships with banking partners.
Support change initiatives, focusing on process improvements and automation.
Collaborate with the Commercial Finance, Asset Management, and Project Management teams to ensure strong business performance.
About You ACA/CIMA qualified with strong financial expertise.
Proven experience in group reporting, financial planning, and analysis.
Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
