Group Financial Controller

About the job Broster Buchanan are partnering with a mid sized, high growth business to appoint a Group Controller to be based Central London.
Hybrid working is offered Reporting directly to the Group CFO and a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting company strategy whilst ensuring robust financial governance.
This a hands role role with an equal blend of technical accounting and strategic leadership Key responsibilities will include: Lead and develop a team of c. 15 people Responsible for financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Partnering with the Executive Board with strategic planning Responsible for financial governance and compliance partnering with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors and banks The ideal candidate will be ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA qualified with a wealth of leadership and reporting experience in a similar sized business.
