RequirementsYou've got Public Sector Experience.You've got an excellent agency background at Group Account Director level or above working at recognised agencies on high-profile accounts.Plus, you've got brilliant integrated marketing experience, with an ability to shape campaigns that work across all touch points and across more than one client.You're used to big, fast-paced production and large-scale delivery in your campaigns.You're someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships.You lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team (& wider agency teams) to deliver better and more effective work.You demonstrate the ability to manage your team and their workloads to get the best from them.You build strong relationships internally & externally, founded on trust, honesty and that desire to make clients famous within their markets.You own the day-to-day, ensuring the smooth & profitable running of accounts and projects.You know how to take a brief, shape it with our planning team & ensure that the creative team nail the execution.You take a partnership approach to develop mutually profitable, long-term client relationships – you'll do this by developing an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses, challenging where necessary, but always constructively, to develop the best opportunities to deliver brilliant work.You demonstrate a good strategic capability with the ability to interrogate opportunities and present thinking with clarity.You have a keen eye for media innovation for your clients.You are used to working in collaboration with a media agency (we have our own, in-house).In addition to a competitive salary, we are committed to creating a brilliant environment for all our people.
