What you'll do:Deliver a fast and friendly customer service by putting the customer at the centre of all store operationsDevelop a high performing team focused on delivering a fast & friendly customer experienceAchieve consistently high standards to meet customers' expectationsDeliver relevant added-value to customers to increase salesMaximise profit through effective cost controlFor a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job description What you bring:Proven experience of leading a team within a service environmentProven experience of managing operations within a catering serviceAbility to communicate effectively with team members and line managerExperience of delivering relevant training, using company guidelinesUnderstanding of relevant Health & Safety, Employment and other legislative requirementsExperience of implementation and adherence to HACCPExperience dealing with branded outlets is desirableStrong attention to detail and adherence to standardsProven IT skillsAbility to deal with stressful situations with a flexible approach to the roleAnalyse problems, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutionWhat we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
