ABOUT THE ROLE Job title Graphic Designer Based at Marylebone, London Scope We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Graphic Designer to be the powerhouse behind our design workstreams at Dominus.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the property sector, conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets that elevate our brand identity and effectively communicate our messages to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be strong in both online and offline design and will be well used to working with other functions across the business to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities Brand Marketing Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures and presentations, keeping all master versions up to date.
Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and maintain the Dominus brand portal.
Keeping all branded templates and documents up to date and ensuring it is relevant and useful for the business and external stakeholders.
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to create a temporary signage suite we can update and roll out to all our properties at various stages of development including hoarding, crane signage, lift shaft stencils, Monarflex etc.
Work with the senior marketing manager to develop signage packs for internal and external permanent building signage.
Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters, to increase brand engagement and drive traffic.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adapt designs for different mediums and formats while ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and visual consistency is maintained.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in agency management, working closely with creative agencies to ensure alignment with marketing objectives on larger creative projects.
Occasionally assist the marketing team outside of Graphic Design scope where needed, for example in the coordination and optimal setup of show flats with the development team and their photography and dressing with the marketing team.
Coordinate the procurement of promotional collateral and printed material alongside the marketing team.
Skills and experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
3-5 years' experience within a graphic design role, preferably in the property sector Demonstrable experience and knowledge of graphic design development and management Writing, editing, copywriting and proof-reading skills Organised and methodical, able to multitask and plan and prioritise work accordingly and under pressure Knowledge of relevant technology (e.g.
