GRAPHIC CREATOR FOR REAL ESTATE – CENTRAL LONDON - £25K - £40K (Hybrid) Exciting new opportunity for a Graphic and Content creator with experience in creating high spec design/brochures for the Real Estate Industry.
You will be working with an Investment & Development Agency (selling land and buildings to investors and developers across London & South East England) and Capital Advisory (providing brokerage and advisory service).
The Role: Creating high quality digital marketing collateral including brochures/particulars for land and development opportunities we are disposing of/acquiring on behalf of clients, general social media posts about company activity, news and announcements.
Creatively coming up with new ideas of content to following the Directors strategy/brand guidelines and managing a calendar of daily, weekly or monthly posts.
The ideal candidate's personality and qualifications: You have experience designing brochures and content for Real Estate/Property You are passionate about truly making an impact on a business and helping to grow the brand through high quality content.
You are technically be very capable at design with software such as indesign, illustrator and photoshop.
You have a creative eye and value attention to the finest details given that much of the information they produce will be in relation to assets worth many millions of pounds.
A creative, personable individual that wants to get to know the team and allow the teams different personalities to inform creative ideas for new content.
