Graduate Recruitment Manager 12 month FTC (maternity cover) Salary: paying up to £80,000 City Hybrid working Oakleaf Partnership is representing an entrepreneurial global consultancy renowned for its positive culture and inclusive environment.
This consultancy is seeking a dynamic Graduate Recruitment Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the graduate recruitment process, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
This role will oversee a team dedicated to attracting and onboarding the brightest new talent and managing a member of an RPO for lateral recruitment activites, acting as an escalation point, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any disputes.
This is a fantastic role where you can utilise your experience and add tangible value, implementing new innovative Graduate Recruitment strategies.
What is the role You will be leading and managing the graduate recruitment team, ensuring a seamless, high quality recruitment process from start to finish.
You will be overseeing the RPO team who cover lateral recruitment, providing guidance and support as needed and ensuring they meet their hiring objectives.
You will be conducting a comprehensive analysis of the graduate recruitment process, presenting findings to stakeholders and planning subsequent projects for the summer.
As the primary escalation point for any recruitment issues-across both Graduate and Lateral hiring-you'll work closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with broader organisational objectives.
Additionally, you'll monitor global recruitment performance, including D&I metrics, and provide regular, data-driven updates to senior management.
You'll support the global office in capacity planning and ensure our recruitment practices consistently meet or exceed targets.
Skills and experience You must be an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager and used to managing a small team You must have gained the above experience within Consultancy, Professional Services or Financial Services You must be used to leading end-to-end volume graduate recruitment campaigns Passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills and a positive 'can do' attitude Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills Strong analysis skills with experience of presenting findings and solutions Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
