As a Graduate Planner , you'll be developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Your day to day will includ e: Assisting in creating comprehensive project schedules, including detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitoring and update project schedules regularly to reflect project progress and any changes.
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and update project plans.
Identifying potential schedule delays and assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
How does the graduate scheme work?
When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme.
The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
The role of Graduate Planner is great for you if: Strong interest in construction planning and project management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold a full UK Driver's licence.
