Job summary Kingston Health Centre is a growing practice, in the heart of Kingston upon Thames, providing patient care to 27,000 patients.
We have an excellent reputation locally, both with patients and as a place to work.
We have significantly grown over the years but have maintained a friendly, patient focused approach and receive excellent feedback for this.We are looking for a friendly, patient centered person to join our admin team in a full time position.
Main duties of the job To be responsible for providing administrative duties within the practice, including, but not limited to ;- Helping to assist patients with any queries, via phone, email or online triage forms- Assisting in our online triage system to help patients access care in a timely way.
You will also support the GP in communications with the patients- Processing incoming medical information- Assisting the wider clinical team with any administration queries- Recalling patients for health checks-Managing the movement of medical records within the practice both incoming and outgoing About us AtKingston Health Centre we are absolutely committed to providing the bestexperience for our patients.

Job description Job responsibilities The following are a list of core responsibilities to be undertaken by our GP administrator, but there may on occasion be a requirement to carry out other tasks to support your team.-Helping to assist patients with any queries, via phone, email or online triage forms- Assisting in our online triage system to help patients access care in a timely way.
You will also support the GP in communications with the patients-Processing incoming medical information-Assisting the wider clinical team with any administration queries-Recalling patients for health checks-Managing the movement of medical records within the practice both incoming and outgoing-Process incoming registrations for the practice-Process referrals using the electronic referral system (eRS)-Carry out system searches as required-As required support the pharmacy team in the management of repeat prescriptions and following our medication request policies Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Experience of working within general practice or other NHS organisations Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong IT skills Good interpersonal skills Desirable Working knowledge of Emis Clinical System
