Establishqualityandreliabilitystandardsbystudyingindustrybenchmarksandtherequirementsofcustomersandresearch/designanddevelopment,anddefinethemetricsrequiredtoassessperformanceagainststandardsrequired.
Activelyleadinthereductionofcustomercomplaints,warranty,costofqualityandin-housescrap andwaste.
Developcrossfunctionalfocusgroupstodrive animproved qualityculture.
