Global Payroll Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in driving our clients' global payroll transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payroll strategy development, in-depth knowledge of leading global payroll providers, and has previous hands-on operational payroll experience.
Additionally, expertise in various global payroll operating models and familiarity with major HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Workday is essential.
Outside ir35 Might be flexible work depending on the contract and client Day rate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities: Global Payroll Strategy & Advisory: Develop and implement global payroll strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Advise clients on best practices for optimising payroll processes across multiple countries.
Design and recommend payroll operating models tailored to client needs.
Build investment cases to move to a global payroll provider.
Investigation of current payrolls size and complexities Vendor & System Management: Work with global payroll providers such as ADP, Strada, Deel, Cloudpay, Safeguard, and iiPay to implement and optimize payroll solutions.
Evaluate and recommend the best-fit payroll vendors based on client requirements and regional nuances.
Support system integrations with major HRIS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Workday.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to drive payroll projects and change management initiatives.
Provide training and guidance to clients on global payroll processes, systems, and best practices.
Prepare and present reports on payroll performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
