We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our Swine business into new segments and markets through innovation.

Your key responsibilities Lead the commercial workstream in innovation projects for new solutions & services with responsibility for target product profile, go-to-market strategy, regional onboarding and engagement and business case.
Develop differentiated positioning, including application programs and value proposition for new solutions & services.
Coordinate with the regions, operating units, and local markets to execute the launch of new solutions & services.
Provide technical support to key customers & other key industry stakeholders such as genetic companies for new solutions & services together with the local teams.
Track competitor activities and gather intelligence on their competing offerings for new solutions & services.
Collaborate with regional and OU teams to define the fees & grants allocation for new solutions & services for their specific species.
Define the program and coordinate the execution of specific species days working with the regions and OUs.
Develop strong relationships and network with species experts across ANH and ensure they are trained on new solutions & services.

7 years of marketing and technical expertise in the global animal nutrition industry.
Species Expert Swine.
Strong business background, experience and interest in commercial business development, marketing concepts, and solution selling environment.
English fluent, any other language is a plus.
Travel Readiness 40% globally.
