With a diverse range of industry expertise, including technology, healthcare, finance, education, and more, they are committed to providing exceptional solutions to their clients.
The Role As a German Speaking Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within the German market.
You will be responsible for executing all lead generation activities, working closely with key decision-makers to identify and nurture potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the German market, effectively communicating the value proposition of our client's offerings.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they align with the target customer profile.
Schedule meetings between leads and sales representatives, facilitating productive interactions and building strong relationships.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system, providing valuable insights for analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly, delivering a personalised experience.
Continuously develop your lead generation skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
The Person To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience: Fluency in both written and spoken German is essential for effective communication with German-speaking clients.
Proven experience in lead generation, with a track record of achieving successful outcomes.
Strong outbound calling skills, demonstrating confidence and persistence in engaging with potential clients.
Ability to build rapport and have meaningful business conversations with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, always seeking new opportunities to drive growth and exceed expectations.
