General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to cover the maternity leave.
Fixed contract from January 2025 to September 2025.
Main duties and responsibilities: To ensure the seamless running of the Restaurant in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
