We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead our dedicated restaurant team!
As the cornerstone of the restaurant, you'll oversee all aspects of operations and ensure unparalleled guest experiences.
You should possess the capability to autonomously manage and optimize the restaurant's performance.
You should have experience in mobilising new restaurant opening.
You should have experience in recruiting and leading a restaurant team through a new restaurant opening.
Assisting with the delivery and upskilling of team members ready for a restaurant opening and launch.
You will be capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining rigorous standards of service and hospitality, and demonstrating a sharp acumen for financial management and cost efficiency.
Your leadership will empower our team to consistently deliver exceptional service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Youll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Operation Director, actively participating in P&L meetings and strategising with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
You will work closely with the HR team to effectively communicate and implement company policies and people strategies to ensure seamless team coordination and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
You will prioritise Health and Safety compliance, ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
This includes implementing rigorous protocols and conducting regular inspections.
