Requirements:
- Professional experience in hospitality management, particularly in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards for food and service.
- Strong interest in food and cocktails.
- Ability to effectively communicate, work well with others, and lead a team.
- Experience in ordering, stock rotation, and conducting site compliance checks.

Your responsibilities are:
- Oversee the operational management of the restaurant, including running service and maintaining high standards for food and service.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and uphold the highest food and service standards.
- Manage and lead a team, and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Take responsibility for ordering, stock rotation, and completing daily site compliance checks.

Location: East Market Street 15, Edinburgh, United Kingdom
