For their Cheltenham site, our client is recruiting a General Manager.
Role objectives: Lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey.Create a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building community.Deliver targeted occupancy percentage and achieve location budget and KPI's.Role responsibilities will include:
Create, implement, review and revise your location sales plan.Prospecting and organic site led activity to bring in new members.Manage a pipeline of sales, working alongside an internal sales team.Oversee calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement.Establish regular contact with members to ensure the team are exceeding expectations.Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members for your location.The candidate: The successful candidate is likely to be from one of these professional backgrounds:
Flexi or serviced office background.Local corporate hotel sales.Business development managers.Proactive sales in conference and events.Remuneration: A likely basic salary of c.£40,000, dependant on experience, plus benefits (including private healthcare) and an annual bonus.
