Gas Business Partner

Here at Stonewater, we are seeking a Gas Business Partner someone to work within a team of Gas Business Partnersand Administrators to deliver a high performing service that meets statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure that our properties and communal areas remain safe for residents, visitors, colleagues, contractors, and other agencies.
You will have day-to-day oversight and control of gas service repair contracts to ensure full compliance and governance within gas legislation and policies.
You will work with the Head of Gas, Gas Business Partners and the Compliance Administrative team to ensure a robust quality assurance process on gas works undertaken.
You will monitor arrangements of gas safety performance through inspections, audits and measurement against set objectives and targets, and provide high levels of resident satisfaction through the work delivered by third party contractors.
The ideal candidate will: Be a self-starter, able to show initiative and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
Have demonstrable experience of working in a risk-based environment.
Have proven experience of carrying out gas and general risk assessments.
Have excellent working knowledge and understanding of gas safety legislation, guidance and building construction.
Have an excellent knowledge of building regulations and gas safety enforcement procedures.
Able to work with a team of surveyors over a wide geographical area.
Have current ACS Accreditation Membership of Gas Safe/AGSM (or equivalent) is preferable but not essential.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
