About the role In this role, you will be securing and maintaining the relationships and funding that make our mission possible.
You will work with funders to enable them generate income through partnership development and wider fundraising activities.
You will play a key role in achieving system change, harnessing the collective impact of the partnership by identifying opportunities for us to scale our impact and reach.
You will be able to speak and write persuasively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
To deliver on this, you'll be highly organised, managing varied workflows to hit deadlines.

Key responsibilities (1) Developing new partnerships: Creating new partnerships with corporates, trusts and foundations, enabling us to work together to further essential skills development.
Rapidly identifying partners' requirements opportunities where Skills Builder's work can deliver on them.
Writing compelling proposals and applications to a high standard and at pace.
Using systems and processes with precision to manage relationships across the team.
(2) Managing and growing relationships with existing partners: Updating partners on the impact of their work with us.
Organising stewardship opportunities.
Communicating effectively with partners and evolving their engagement with us.
(3) Supporting the Development team: Collaborating across the Development Team to ensure that we achieve our overall goals.
Supporting the team's processes, data collection and reporting.
Benefits Salary : £41,000 - £48,000 Start Date : Flexible, but ideally by January 2024 Working hours : Flexible (i.e.
part or full-time) Travel: We travel occasionally for in-person delivery.
If based remotely, you also have a "flexi" day each year, so you can expense travel to meet with others in your team.
Team days: We get together in person in London 6 times a year for strategy, fun and food Holidays : 25 days per year, plus bank holidays.
This increases by one day each year up to 30 days and you can buy back up to 5 days to a total of 30.
