Fund Controller - Multi-Billion-Dollar Credit Fund

Mondrian Alpha is partnering with a rapidly growing Pan-European Credit Fund seeking a Fund Controller to support the launch, reporting, and growth of its Private Debt fund.
Despite being a young firm, they manage $8bn in assets and have achieved over 20% annualized returns.
They plan to increase their headcount by 25% in the next year.
The newly created role focuses on fund reporting for the Private Debt and hedge funds, with responsibilities including reviewing fund administrators' work, calculating fund performance metrics, and managing process improvements.

You'll work closely with the portfolio team on performance monitoring and lead improvement projects.
Responsibilities include overseeing fund accounting, reviewing NAV packs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is key to managing investment transactions and reporting.
Given the firm's growth, it is crucial to proactively improve processes and systems to establish a scalable function.

We are looking for an ambitious, ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant (2-4yrs PQE) with experience in open or closed-ended fund accounting, as well as experience with credit or hedge funds.
