Company Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our TRIBE team as the leader of the Front Office Department.
Job Description What youll do Create memorable guest experiences for our guests that will leave them wanting to return for more.
Lead and inspire the Front Office team by leading by example, creating an environment where they can be themselves, feel supported and empowered.
Get actively involved in the teams development to realise their full potential, so we grow together as a TRIBE community.
Work closely with other teams (Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B) towards the overall goal of creating a memorable experience in a beautiful space.
Take ownership of all departmental costs and ensure that all expenses are kept in line with budget guidelines Qualifications What we are looking for Someone who knows how to provide a great and memorable guest experience whether its for someone staying with us or just stepping in for a drink or a bite to eat.
Previous experience in hospitality in a Front Office Manager role is an advantage but not a must, or someone who is ready to step into a leadership role.
Youve got plenty of experience dealing with different types of requests successfully.
Experience with usingOpera Cloudor a similar property management system.
