Job Purpose Provide exceptional service and hospitality to all members and visitors within the Townhouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the reception and floors in alignment with AllBright standards.
Support the Management and Townhouse teams in fostering a positive, engaged community by assisting members, guests, and clients with requests and inquiries, including memberships, bookings, payments, and facility use.
Deliver a dependable, approachable experience so members feel confident and well-supported in their daily activities.
Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for AllBright, promoting membership growth through meaningful and engaging interactions.
Outline of Key Responsibilities: Hospitality Build positive and engaging relationships with all members, customers, potential customers, industry professionals, business partners and colleagues Welcome members with genuine warmth and assist with a generous attitude Coordinate event arrival and departure experiences Stay attentive to and keep track of client's feedback, comments, repeated enquiries, and trends, and share them with your line manager so we can improve our services and offers Provide accurate information and guidance with clarity and use of professional yet welcoming language and tone of voice Stay updated with our restaurants offers and provide your personal recommendations to members if the opportunity arises Service Delivery Maintain a passion for service and hospitality whilst hosting busy, high volume and varied reception areas Handle phone, in person and email enquiries relating to AllBright's Townhouse offering, facilities and services with efficiency Respond to complaints and issues promptly, with a flexible, efficient, and sympathetic approach.
